There's no catch. Seriously. We've worked with thousands of clients, creating hundreds of thousands of requests with our service. We've an awesome team on top of a bullet-proof process to deliver great work, with a great experience, at a flat-rate.
Unlimited Requests? Unlimited Revisions?
You got it! You will have your personal freelancer and can send as much work as you want. Don't forget, they are human, so you won't get everything back insta-magically, but you'll never be limited with how much you can send in.
What if I want a different freelancer?
No problem. Just email our client support team and we will immediately pair you with a freelancer that is a better fit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Of course. Just login to your account and cancel the plan prior to your next billing cycle. If you have already been billed, your cancellation request will not take effect until the following month. Unfortunately, we do not offer prorated refunds or cancellations for unused time.
How long does it take to get started?
After you sign up, you must complete onboarding, which takes 1-2 business days. After onboarding is complete and your freelancer match is made, you'll be off to the races!
How fast can you complete my request?
Everything we do takes at least 1-2 business day, sometimes more. Something that's complicated or has a lot of moving parts will obviously take more time. Use your common sense!
I need 10,030 designs a week, can you do that?
You can send in as many requests as you want and your designer will work through them like a production line. Sometimes our timelines take longer than your business needs. If you have lot of work, then we recommend hiring additional freelancer and meet your deadlines.
What is No Risk Money Back Guarantee?
When you hire a new freelancer, we give you 72 hours to decide whether they meet your needs. If you don't find them to be extraordinary, we'll not charge you (and you can even keep any work completed during the trial).
